I have a 2 bedroomed end terraced house in Marple, Stockport. This area is very sought after and generally stay here once housed here. The majority of residents have liv3d here many years; on my row of 3 houses I have lived here the least amount of time: 18 YEARS and the family at the opposite end; approximately 35 YEARS!

Marple village with all its amenities is within walking distance. Lots of beautiful landscapes and walks to be enjoyed including The Roman Lakes, Canals, Brabyns Park and the Derbyshire Hills on your doorstep!
Genuine reason for moving - the house has become too much for me to manage due to ill-health and physical limitations, and should be enjoyed by a family, not a single person who isn't able to enjoy it as it shound be.
