I have a 2 bed semi eco council house right behind Kinmylies Primary school
Would like council and a new build HOUSE

My house has
2 Large bedrooms with built in wardrobes
Upstairs bathroom with over bath shower
Also large space on landing
Descent sized living room
Large kitchen with patio doors leading to back garden
Downstairs toilet
Drive with space for 2 cars
fully enclosed back garden with side gate

The house is wheelchair friendly with wide door ways and stairs. Also low light switch's and no steps access
Being an eco house it helps keep the heating bills down Gas central heating with solar panels

I am looking for like for like but close to UHI please
