Our flat is a warm and cozy home with a beautiful view of the forest. It is located on the ground floor and consists of one large bedroom, one small bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room. Heating costs are included in the rent. There is a large garden at the back, shared by the entire flat, but no one else uses it. It’s perfect for picnics or barbecues in the summer. As we are a family of four and find it a bit crowded, we are looking to move to a larger house. If you are considering moving to a smaller flat, please feel free to contact us. Our preferred areas are Crouch End and the surrounding neighborhoods
