I have a 1 bedroom flat it’s a 3 storey block and I’m on the 3rd floor- it has a Juliet balcony and in a gated community near Gunwharf, The gas is included in the rent. Only 3 neighbours on my floor and they are quiet. I’m moving as my daughter has started living with me so we need more room. Is a nice flat in nice area. Will consider anything as I just need the extra bedroom.
