I have a single occupancy Guinness flat, the flat is in excellent condition with no problems of damp or any other conditions.there are also a place for to charge mobility scooters.The position is also excellent with a Tesco only 50 yards away and the bus stop 50 yards beyond that and with easy access to the A3 motorway. The flat is dry and warm even in the coldest weather and very economical to run. My only reason for seeking an exchange is that I found someone to share my life with, so I need a place suitable for 2 people. I am quite willing to help with removal costs and have the flat decorated to your taste. I will also offer a handsome reward to anyone with information that leads to a bungalow exchange.
