I’ve got a lovely large ! one bedroom flat in Lavant area but with a path that leads straight into Chichester don’t take long at all , got a shop/petrol station just down the road , really small block with shared garden , solar panels . New boiler so good on energy (quite cheap ) , sky lights in bedroom , it’s a really lovely area . Not that old but really well built . I haven’t been here to long myself so it’s not 100% there yet would be happy to sort a few bits
