I’ve got a lovely large ! one bedroom flat in Lavant area but with a path that leads straight into Chichester don’t take long at all , got a shop/petrol station just down the road , really small block with shared garden , solar panels . New boiler so good on energy (quite cheap ) , sky lights in bedroom , it’s a really lovely area . Not that old but really well built . I haven’t been here to long myself so it’s not 100% there yet would be happy to sort a few bits
Pets are accepted. would need pets to be accepted .
Own parking spot .
Bedroom has massive built in walldrobe space , lovely open plan living room / kitchen .

Looking for a 1 bedroom , towards sidlesham / wittering / selsey area , looking for somewhere with a private back garden for the dogs :)
