Double glazed windows, storage heaters and Shower over bath. Close to all amenities. Regular bus service and 20 minutes walk to train station.
Need 2 bed so my teenage daughter can live with me. House bungalow or ground floor flat or maisonette. Prefer Hampden Park or Roselands areas but Anywhere in Eastbourne considered.
