Due to mental health I am looking to be closer to friends and family. I rent a 1 bedroom ground floor, double bedroom with built in wardrobe, utility space with electric meter in hallway, 2 cupboards that are quite spacious for me being 1 person. Boiler in its own separate room with space for cleaning essentials. Shower and bath, there are handles on the tiles which I assume would be perhaps for an older person or such.

Plenty cupboard space in the kitchen and living room is quite long. Neighbours keep to themselves which is nice also!
