I have a lovely 1 bedroom ground floor flat in rainham, Havering. 2 sheds. I have a little private garden off road parking. Directly opposite a row of shops. Co/op, of licence, takeaways, sunbed shop. The bathroom has been retiled and sink and basin replaced by myself, the kitchen has been retiled. The bedroom has 2 built in wardrobes and is a nice size. My little girl needs her own room and more space now and we would ideally like to move to Kent / Maidstone and am willing to do a multi swap to find the right property.
