I have a 1 bed bungalow in Middleport. We are lucky to have a nice view out the front window looking over the park. The road is a No through road so cars using it/Parking is the residents or visitors. A good size field for your dogs at the bottom end of the park which is next to the canal so good walks.
The bungalow is not a bad size for a 1 bed and seeing other bungalows which some can't hold a king-size bed normally only single.
We have communal rear gardens which has the washing line and a good sized lockable shed.
The front garden we sought permission to fence the garden due to having a dog which is now secure. We have also had permission to convert part of the garden into a driveway for our hybrid car but we decided against it due to us looking to swap. All the bungalows around me are all due to be upgraded by the council starting at the end of this year and into next. Lovely quiet area and the neighbours are all elderly or are very quiet neighbours. People look out for each other around here.
