Romford station is located less than a mile away as well as Liberty shopping center. Access to a very well maintained communal garden however I requested a fence to corden off a private garden for myself before i moved in as i have a very large dog which was approved for my dog’s safety & others, so there is currently a private garden as you can see in the picture. If you are able to keep the garden due to having a large dog or a few dogs they may agree so this is an option for people with pets. Bare in mind the garden fence may be taken down if you have no pet/pets. The communal garden itself is hardly ever used anyway. There is also sole use of a front garden. Private car park space available at the back of the property and plenty of free parking on the road. Easy access to the A12 and M25 is less than 10 minutes away. I have only just moved in July, unfortunately i lost my mother last year & i was downsized to this property, its a beautiful place however i need to be near my family as i am still grieving and i need the support, This is The reason for me wanting to move so soon before i settle in as this was not my desired area. I have spoken to my housing officer & they are happy for me to exchange. Also in regards to the pictures, There are boxes everywhere etc as I haven’t unpacked much so these are not full pictures of the property as I decided not to take any with the clutter on show, please message me on WhatsApp only & I’ll be happy to send over a video showing the property in full & unfurnished via WhatsApp so you get a much better idea.
Needing a one Bedroom Flat with parking available. Also Due to having a very large dog I would need my own garden. I wouldn’t be able to swap if this isn’t available 😞 or if im not able to corden off part of a communal garden for my Dog then it will not be ideal really sorry 😞 I’ve had dogs all my life and have always had a outside space for them, im happy to multiswap if something suitable is available for me 🙂 Many thanks for taking a look at my add.
