Modern flat in exchange for bungalow

I have a modern 1 bed ground floor flat, only 5 yrs old. Only 1 tenant above and it looks more like a house. Front door out into a Private front garden to street. There is a communal garden and parking to the rear. Hallway goes through to double bedroom, bathroom (with shower over bath) kitchen, lounge and airing/store cupboard. Situated in the lovely village of Roade with shops, GP surgery, churches, schools, takeaway etc. I would like a bungalow so I have a private back garden for my dog, preferably 2 bed as my family live in different parts of the country so a spare room would be useful. A wet room or walk in shower would be ideal due to my health needs but not essential. Would consider a house if suitable for a stairlift.
