2 bedroom ground floor flat in tile Hill, Coventry. 1 large bedroom and 1 smaller room. Good size bathroom with electric shower. Large living room with electric fireplace. Good size kitchen. Was refitted 3 years ago. I'm looking for a 3 bedroom house to swap as I have 2 children (boy aged 9, and girl aged 6) who will be needing their own rooms soon. Preferred earlsdon or surrounding areas, but happy to look at other locations for right property.
