I have a uniquely positioned coastguard cottage, overlooking Cawsand/Kingsand bay, overto Plymouth and as far as Dartmoor; you can even see the weather changing on the moors. The cottage is one of eight set on the cliffs within the deer park/woods. I have 2 double bedrooms though one is smaller than the other, shower room that contains the toilet, comfortable lounge without being to small and a kitchen that is big enough for a dinning table; a very long garden that drops down to the sea. There are 3 small main beaches in the villages, 4 pubs, a local spar plus a deli and a few gift shops. The locals are friendly and there are several groups that meet, a coffee morning every Saturday held by different fundraisers. The Primary School has very good offsted reports as does secondary school in Torpoint (school bus to and from school). My health dictates a move, would prefer coastal between Weymouth and Paignton to be near family, will be sad to leave here
