A large flat in general. 20 minute walk from city centre, with primary schools, high schools, colleges and universities all within same walking distance. Canal across road from the building gives access to cycle and walking routes. The completion of the canal regeneration across from the house and the newly constructed bridge has opened the new nature reserve. There is a brand new health and dental centre, which has recently opened and is 5 minutes from our building. All of these projects form part of multi million pound regeneration underway in the west end.
Within walking distance from the house there is a Lidl, which is soon to be turned into one of their biggest stores in Scotland, a Tesco superstore is a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute bus journey. There are also regular transport links (bus and underground) in close proximity to the house, and the Botanic Gardens and Kelvingrove Park are a 10 minute walk from the house.
