I have a lovely 2 bedroom second floor flat off Victoria st (nearest tube St James Park) available to swap for a 1 bedroom flat in centra London. Preferably a council flat with RTB. Any condition considered, the least “done up†the better as far as I’m concerned. A top floor flat (with lift) would be acceptable.
