2 bedroom ground floor flat. Over 55's only.

I have a 2 bedroom ground floor flat on a very small estate in Bootle. The estate is for over 55's. I have my own front door and there is only one neighbour above. There is a shared, paved enclosed front garden, but this can be separated if required.The estate also has residents only parking. The flat is a very good size and has plenty of storage in the form of 3 very large cupboards in the hall. All of the rooms are a decent size. My flat needs to be decorated, but it is spotlessly clean. I have a bath with a shower over it, and I have double glazing and gas central heating. I want a swap to a bungalow with a garden and either a shower or a wet room. I would like to stay in Bootle as my family live here, but willing to consider other areas.
