Small bathroom and both bedrooms upstairs. Spacious living room and good size kitchen downstairs. Kitchen leads to a very massive rear private garden which have a mixture of tuff grass, artificial/carpet grass and stones. It features a free parking and a sizeable front garden covered with stones. Good transport system. Two primary schools on the road. Bus stop outside the house that takes you directt to Bromley shopping center in 7 minutes or Lewisham shopping center. A minute walk to the surgery and corner shop. And about 10 minutes walk to Lidl and Downham Leisure Centre. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Only reason for moving is because of over crowding.
